This website is operated in the UAE by Padel Life for Sportswear Trading Co. LLC. The site provides e-commerce services conditioned upon acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
By visiting or purchasing from the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including referenced policies. Please read these terms carefully before accessing the website. We reserve the right to update terms by posting changes to the website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Section 1 – Online store terms
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use products for illegal purposes or violate applicable jurisdiction laws, including copyright laws, and must not transmit destructive code or malware.
Section 2 – General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit the Service without our express written permission.
Section 3 – Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You rely on site materials at your own risk.
Section 4 – Modifications to service and prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without liability.
Section 5 – Products or services
Product availability is limited and subject to return policy terms. We cannot guarantee accurate color displays on monitors. Sales may be limited by geography, region, or quantity.
Section 6 – Accepted currencies and payment methods
Prices are in UAE Dirhams only. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Tabby, and Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to deny Cash on Delivery for customers with prior payment issues.
Section 7 – Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders. You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Order confirmations are sent to your registered email; you remain responsible for maintaining transaction records.
Sections 8–12 – Tools, links, submissions & accuracy
Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsements, and we have no liability for their use. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or transactions. We may edit, publish, or distribute user submissions without restriction or compensation; you warrant your comments do not violate third-party rights and contain no malware. Personal information submission is governed by the Privacy Policy. We may correct errors and cancel orders due to inaccuracies without prior notice.
Section 13 – Prohibited uses
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, submit false information, transmit malware, collect personal information, or spam. We prohibit services to OFAC-sanctioned countries per UAE law.
Sections 14–18 – Liability, indemnification & agreement
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. You agree to indemnify us and related parties from claims arising from breach of these terms or violation of law. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. Either party may terminate these terms; obligations incurred prior to termination survive. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
Section 19 – Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE law, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
